I generally do not write reviews but, I have to with this one. The clock looks absolutely perfect. And my wife loved it! Can't go wrong by ordering this!

Great looking but beware of how the hands are aligned when you open the package.
I bought this as a gift to my wife for our first anniversary. The clock is large and beautiful, she loves the appearance and thought it was incredibly thoughtful with the personalized message. From that perspective, it was a great gift.Unfortunately, when I received the clock in it's packaging, the hour hand was directly on the 12, and the minute hand was directly on the 6, which is of course impossible on a properly built clock. If the clock had been built correctly, the hands would have both been exactly on the 12. I noticed this and thought it was odd at the time, but didn't think anything of it until much later when I gave it to her and tried to set it and then realizing that it's not possible to set correctly. When it's exactly noon or midnight, the hour hand will be on the 12 but the minute hand will be on the 6. When the hour hand is half way between the 12 and the 1, the minute hand will be on the 12. I now have to figure out how to take the hands apart and fix it myself and I'm ashamed because it makes it appear as if I bought my wife a cheap anniversary gift.
