If I could rate 0 stars I would. Terrible assembly instructions. Pieces broke as I was screwing them in with a screwdriver NOT a drill. 0 out of 5 would not recommend

It’s nice quality, sturdy and looks pretty good. I mean this thing haunts me since it’s a constant reminder of my ordeal, but serves a purpose for my PT. The only complaint I have, the quality was so good, but they did make a mistake with the mounting screws for the door mount. The screws were way too long and in order to put them all the way through you would have to go through the front side of the wood. Yes I could have gotten shorter screws, but I was a little bit surprised considering how well made this was (and yes we did use the correct ones as it’s labeled). We ended up installing it on the wall anyway. The door mount was too awkward, it moved too much and that wasn’t going to work. I think they should have put a screw on the top so you can tighten it. But installing it on the wall was a better option anyway. Anyway overall the it was a well worth purchase.

Excellent...Fantastic...Superb

Had my personal finger ladder together in 30 minutes, using over the door method. Great instruction booklet and necessary supplies were included. Only issue was the two screws for securing over the door metal piece were a little too long, but just used two screws slightly shorter. Would definitely recommend to friends recovering from shoulder surgery! Customer service “chat” was actually with a person, not canned statements!

I really like the finger climber. Definitely solid.
