I use the band as an aid to loosing weight off my stomach area, and also on my thighs.

This warms up nicely and feels very soothing & comforting. I tried to use it with a portable pack but it did not work as well, so I need to be near an outlet. Offers great pain relief. Well worth the price.

Not all the lights worked after a short time. Contacted seller and they shipped another one to me the next day. Great customer service.

I barely used this once. Excited to used it for back pain. Started it for 15 minutes and the lights quit after about a minute but the display was still on. Unplugged it and turned it on but no lights. Super disappointed!!!!!

It does not meet whats advertised

This "Infrared Red Light Therapy Belt Device for Body Pain Waist, Wearable Device Deep Therapy wrap with Timer for Back Shoulder Waist Neck Pad" really does relieve pain! I have sciatic issues and happened to be having a flair up when I got this belt. My original intent was to wrap it around my middle-aged belly and hope for the best with the benefits to weight loss that infrared red light therapy can do in breaking down fat cells, but with my aching lower back, I decided to wrap it around my back as soon as I got it and run the program for three 10 minute sessions.No exaggeration here, within an hour of treatment, my back pain was gone. Normally when my lower back gets achy and sensitive, it takes weeks for me to work through loosening it up and getting back to normal. I've been hobbling around for a few days, too. But, WOW, with just one session of three round at ten minutes, and I'm blown away by how my pain is virtually gone.This belt is worth every penny if you have grumpy nerves, muscles, or soreness....I"ll have to get back to you on how it works around my belly some other day ;-)(Helpful? I am a red light therapy addict since I was young as it works for me. The first time I had the therapy was at the oriental hospital for my sprained ankle. Lately, I have been buying various red light therapy devices.The belt is a great for my sensitive gut or during my magic period ! I use the belt around my belly everyday which has been truly helpful for calming down my sensitive gut. I put this belt around my wait (over thin shirt not directly on my skin though) for about 30 mins then I change into the regular heating pad.I cannot say red light therapy works for everyone but it always has been for me.This particular belt is a bit cheaper than similar red light therapy belt selling on Amazon at the time of this review (I have requested about 6 of them, and the most are really similar to each other in terms of overall quality including the design and functions).For that, I would recommend this particular one !I've had this over 6 months, and still going strong. !
