Traveled to Japan on a 12 hour flight. These worked like a charm. Did the regular strength on other longer flights and they didn’t seem to be effective at getting me to sleep. I only recommend these extra strength ones. I had two and slept really well. I only travel with theses when I need to sleep on a flight.

I started out with the 3mg Melatonin and switched to 5mg. These are even better. Helped me sleep throughout the night and I feel fresh waking up. I purchased these because I had difficulty sleeping and had problems waking up. Now i just take two of these and fall asleep within 30minutes

I have been using OLLY gummies for several months and can say they may help. My experience indicates, however, that they are most helpful when used least. By that I mean the body seems to habituate to the pill and not work as well if used frequently. That is why I learned to not have a gummy every night. Each person is different and you have to find what dosage and frequency works best for you. Another issue that you need to take into account has to do with storage and shipping temperatures. As another customer noted, heat causes the gummies to sort of "melt." That occurred to me yesterday when a new pack was shipped from Kentucky to Texas via UPS Next Day Air, a two day time period. Upon arrival, I was impressed that two little cool packs were in the Amazon delivery package. The bad news was that the cool packs were warm. I immediately opened the OLLY package and found the pills were mushy and sticking to each other and the packaging. I poured them out on a plate, separated the gummies, and cooled them off in the frig for a while. They were okay at that point to put back in the package and treat them as normal (on a shelf in an air conditioned house.) If your house is too warm, you should keep the package in a fridge.

These work better than melatonin alone. Will continue to purchase taste great.

I've always received good Olly's. This last delivery was dry, almost crystallized, stuck together gummies. I don't want a refund, I want a replacement. I will gladly send you the Olly's that are wrong

I have been receiving this product for over a year. Over the past few months every package I received has been dry, coated with a white powder. They are stuck together in a big clump of gummies and I have to pull them apart. The potency and effectiveness of the melatonin seems to be weakened. I have not been happy with this product since the beginning of the year.

I’ve always struggled to fall asleep and stay asleep at night. I’ve tried everything to no avail until I tried Olly Extra Strength Sleep Gummies! I’m 6’3” and 220 lbs with an athletic build and I’m a health guy. I eat right exercise, etc. my brain and body just struggles to slow down at night and I would typically take at least an hour to finally fall asleep only to wake up numerous times during the night. I take four of these before laying down and wishing 15-20 minutes I’m dozing off and asleep. The best thing is that I stay asleep and feel rested in the morning. These have been a God send for me. I’ve been taking them for four months and they are still just as effective as day one. Four is my magic number. If I take more, I feel groggy. If I take less, they aren’t as effective. I found that four of them helps me peacefully drift off to sleep and allows me to rest throughout the night. Yes, I have some vivid dreams sometimes since taking the, but that’s ok. I’m finally able to fall asleep and get the rest my body and brain needs to be productive and at my best the next day.
