Indian Oatmeal is delicious. I personally hate sweet oatmeal and so was immediately attracted to this concept. However, once I received them, the label frightened me (I should have read it before ordering). It is especially loaded with sodium, which no one should be consuming at this level. It is a shame. What I am doing with these is cutting them with plain oatmeal to dilute the additives, especially the salt.
