Taking a dog to the vet these days is very expensive. I have a 14 year old springer that has all sorts of problems. I plan to try some of these remedies especially for getting her coat healthy.

Great book to have in an emergency situation or for just general information like how to cut my dog/cats nails. Every pet owner should have this book.

I have been referencing this book for over a decade now, as it is important to look up what you need to know before having to wait to go to the vet. General information covers basic health issues and behaviors of your cats and dogs. A book is so much easier for me to reference than the internet (where I don't believe most of what I read). For more advanced pet health issues -- I still ask the vet and research online -- but only the most accepted resources!

I found that I ended up combining parts of recipes to get what worked for my dog.

The home remedies are excellent! It tells everything you need to know about anything that happens to your fur babies. This is a must for animal owners! It’s a great buy! You gotta get this one.
