How long will lump charcoal last for low and slow compared to an BGE?

If outside temp is 60-70f lump will last at 250 for 3-4hrs. A Komodo would go 8+ hrs but a lot more money to get an egg.

Are the hardware and grills made of stainless steel?

The hardware and both the cooking grid and charcoal grate are made of stainless steel.

Does the outside get super hot?

I wouldn’t say super hot. No hotter than any other grill.

How much heat can it handle? Will it start warping?

It can handle any heat. They have been making them for over 70 years
