What you’d expect for this price range
Not high end but a great option for quick framing .

Great customer service
Unfortunately the mounting on the back is not on center, see picture. After this review the company reached out to me with an apology, offered to send replacements and within 2-3 days I had the replacements. This company has great customer service and the frames are very nice.

Came scratched up
Overall these frames are a bit flimsy and made of plastic, which is fine because you get what you pay for. I ordered 2 sets, and on all 4 frames, both the frame and plexiglass are scratched up. I’m going to give them some time to see if it bothers me enough to change out, but it was pretty frustrating.

Not worth the money
These are ok. I needed them for a kids’ bathroom, so no big deal that they aren’t what I expected. It’s not true plexiglass, more like clear plastic. I would not purchase these for an important or valuable picture/print.

Great frame but NOT 12 x 16. It is 11. 5 x 15.5. Measure well!
Unfortunately the opening is not as advertised. Unless you want to cut a half inch off the top and sides of your print, it won’t work. Otherwise it’s a fine frame but it simply isn’t the size advertised.

Fell and broke

Perfectly good frames at a reasonable price
The media could not be loaded. This two-pack set of black frames were perfect. They were packaged well, and all hardware came preinstalled - the frames look pretty good on the wall (or on a desk if you prefer), but I don’t think they are gift-worthy since they do feel a little cheap (again - they look fine on the wall. The included mats were also the perfect size to show off the pics.

12x16 frames these were what I have been looking for very nice durable and nice quality great for adding your family photo or you art works great price

Don't buy- poor quality!
I ordered thinking the build would be sturdy and these would look refined. On receiving the frames i was actually quite disappointed. Build quality is below par, and definitely NOT worth the price. Don't waste your money!

Fragile
La fabrication du cadre est de piètre qualité. Un des coins s'est brisé en enlevant l'endos du cadre pour y mettre une photo.
