Fuses - 10?

I hate to throw anything away that has life in it. My old strings of Christmas lights are a case in point. All 3 sets blew their fuses this year and I could not find any replacements in any local stores including online! But Mike had exactly what was needed plus many more sizes too! The order came quickly and was not over packaged. The fuses were in a cute little box they can be stored in , and it was Christmas gold- nice touch.

I agree with another reviewer concerning the maximum voltage of these fuses. Change the printed information to reflect 250 volts. Then, explain that if these fuses are used in place of the initial 125 volt, 5 amp fuses, people will be okay. Their light strings will be okay as well. If people have concerns, an electrician can explain the technical side of the properties of electricity.

The advertisement for their fuses says the fuses are 5A 125V but what I received were marked 5A 250V. From what I read the fuses will be fine because the amperage is the same and the rated voltage of the fuse meets or exceeds the application, in my case 120V Christmas lights. I was a bit concerned at first so it would have been nice if the ad had said something about them sending fuses marked 250V, not 125V.

I was looking for this type of fuse to keep our Christmas lights going. Store after store in town let me down so I turned to Amazon and there it was....and even better a 10 pack of fuses to purchases. Now we can keep the Christmas lights going for years. The same lights we have been using since we started our family. Thank you so much!

I have a few sets of old C9 lights. Last year, I bought the same size fuses from another merchant and those blew out after about a 5 min so I thought there was no hope for my old (and very sentimentally-valued) lights. On a whim, I decided to buy these this year - just to see if they'd work- and they did! Thank you thank you thank you!

Thanks so much for the Chistmas light fuses. I couldn’t find them anywhere in stores. The only replacement lights I could find were LED , and mind were all incandescent. The tree looks great!

Product worked as expected. Seller was quick to ship (arrived much quicker then expected) and I received one extra. What more can you ask for?
