Surprisingly easy to install
I've never changed the hands or movement on a clock. But I was pleasantly surprised at how easy following the instructions was, and it has been over a month, and the clock is keeping perfect time. Excellent product.

Mechanisms are very good seems genuine
So far the mechanism are working really well, the hands are good but very bulky for my clock, given choice would have chosen simple hands.For buyers, don't assume existing clock hands would fit these mechanisms perfectly, would have to go with hands provided for perfect fit
