Bought this in June 2021, writing this in September 2024. Brilliant value. Easy to keep sharp and strong due to the quality of the steel; using typical (eg suction/pull through) sharpeners every so often is fine. Perfect everyday knife.

This is one of the best knife I have used as a chef. It's sharp, looks expensive, comes in a nice box, and it's very cheap. But don't let the price deceive you; you are getting a steal. This is the second time I've bought this knife. The first one did a very nice job for me for a year and a half. I used it heavily as my work knife! However, I have to add that I am not happy with the delivery companies neglect and Amazon's poor response! None of which are this third party sellers' problem! Buy this knife.
