Improved blocked sinuses
I have now been using this equipment for over a month and it is definitely helping to keep my sinuses clearer than before. Breathing through my nose has improved and I would recommend anyone with blocked sinuses to give this a try as it is a reasonable price and takes only a few minutes to use each day.

I didn't realise how much I suffered with blocked sinuses until I used this. I was forever clearing my throat, which apparently indicates post nasal drip. I use this every few days and it has made such a big difference to me.My son uses it with the other nozzle and he loves it also.

Reduces snoring, can save sleeping together!
This is a simple but effective remedy against some forms of rhinitis. Much more cost effective than the aerosol sprays, more ecologically sound in the long run (even though it's a plastic bottle, it's reusable) and curtails my husband's snoring. When he uses it diligently. A bit messy to use, and it needs to be warmed, but hey - cheaper than doing up a spare bedroom and cuddle-enabling when cold in the night. What's a little mess when there are such nice positives?

Not as good as expected
I have used the NeilMed sinus rinse in the past and thought I would buy this. It is nowhere as good as the NeilMed. There is no power behind the jet of water that goes up the nostrils, just a gentle stream which quite honestly is pathetic. Sadly I cannot recommend this product

This design is much easier to use than the original pot.It provides comfortable nasal irrigation. I don’t dread having to use it for allergy relief.I followed the instructions and use only distilled water.Cleanliness is important for any nasal irrigation.
