Can you take the rose out?

Yes, the rose and the vase are separate.

Are the petals flimsy or hard?

Flimsy very easy to bend be careful

if it gets dusty or dirty how do you clean it?

It's plastic so I would say just gently (and I do mean gently wipe. It's really flimsy)

i got sent the wrong color, is there anyway I can get the right one?
