Fit Me Loose Setting Powder, Face Powder and Finishing Makeup, Fair Light, 1 Count

The Maybelline FitMe Loose Finishing Powder is an absolute staple in my makeup routine. It is finely-milled and lightweight, and I find it works extremely well with whatever foundation I might choose to pair with it. To date, I have not found any other affordably-priced finishing powder that compares with its blurring effect while also controlling shine (I have oily-combination skin-type). I use as a finishing powder (as a final step for setting) and also to help with blending my blush seamlessly. The Fair shade works perfectly for my fair complexion with a true neutral undertone. I hope this loose finishing powder will remain available here on Amazon at an affordable price, as it is sometimes difficult to find in-store. Highly recommended!

I purchased the two pack of this finishing powder. I have never used it before but I heard great things about it. I was very excited to use it and I opened the packages. There’s no direction on how to get the top off, but I got it off. Next, there is a seal over the little holes for the powder to sift through. On the first one, I could not get the seal off. Even with using a knife and a tweezer. I gave up and then opened up the second one. It started to be the same way, but I was able to get the seal off. On the first one I had to take a toothpick and puncture the holes in the sifter. I realize the product needs to be sealed, but they should put a different type of seal on it, and perhaps a different color than the sifter itself. On a positive note, this is the best setting powder I have used. It is extremely fine and doesn’t dry the skin at all or looks cakey, I’m older I’m 69 years old and I hesitate any kind of loose powder. I used this several times .Last night I was outside all evening and when I came home, my make up looked flawless. It is extremely blendable and just melts on your face or in your hand. I purchased the Fair Light it has a slight cool tone pinkish tint to it, which I love. I don’t like when it’s too pasty looking. There is a generous amount of powder in this container,. I am set for a long time. Once you get the sifter open, the product is easy to use. Just put the top back on and shake it a few times and then open the top up. You should have enough to do your face plus more. I’m only giving it a four star because of the packaging which is important because people will get frustrated opening it and possibly break it.

I like the powder and had no trouble opening it. There is a clear tab on one edge (it's the label showing the color, i.e. Fair Light) -- remove it, then twist the lid to the left and it opens up (it's not a flip top). It's not a screw on-off cap -- it twists on-off. After you get the lid off, there's another clear tab to remove to clear the way for the powder to come through the little square holes (oxymoron!). With tab removed and the lid on, I turned it upside down, twisted the lid open, and there was the powder. I would recommend to the manufacturer to use a tab that has some color to it so that it's easier to see those tabs that need to be removed.

Muy buen producto aunque sea el tono 10 y aunque se vea claro me quedó perfecto soy tono 118 en la base Maybelline fit me. No sé si sea la manera en que yo lo aplico pero lo que ser que pues en pocas horas empiezo a ver mi cara grasosa (no tanto) pero al reaplicar no se ve parchoso, no se cuartea la base y si lo aplicas bien no te dejan marcas de expresión y además de que deja efecto filtro. Exelente polvo

Très bonne poudre. Difficile à trouver en France, je suis contente d’avoir pu me la procurer sur Amazon. Elle est légère, peu couvrante mais lissante. Le résultat est velouté.

I really like the Maybelline Fit Me Loose Finishing Powder. I’m not a professional makeup artist, but I find it very easy to use for my everyday makeup. It blends nicely into my skin and gives a smooth, natural-looking finish without making my face look too heavy or cakey. I especially like using it to set my makeup and control extra shine. You only need a small amount, so the product lasts quite a while. It also works well with my other makeup products and helps everything look more finished. For the price and quality, I think it’s a really good loose powder.

Good powder, not the best I’ve used but certainly not the worst.
