Not fit for purpose at 10 metres.
I was very pleased with the packaging and the quality of the product and in particular the length meant I could feed the cable around my office set up, under anew floor cable cover and onto the other side of my office freeing up desk space. Very pleased at this point. Now the issue... I've spent the best part of 3 hours of my weekend trying to fix my printing issues, uninstalling and reinstalling software for the printer (and the phone), trying to work around network settings to solve the problem. Having finally got me eureka moment - I tried the old 1 metre cable and it was as quick as a flash.A 10 metre cable took forever, I got half printed pages and it stalled until I intervened. Having assumed the length was the issue I had a look online and the general consensus was to not go over 5 metres.Alas! A return policy which is very fair - great! But now I have to rip up my new floor covering (with great adhesion) to release this cable. Not worth the cost and hassle...
