I wouldn't think so. It's to tone the yellow in blonde hair or give grey hair a more vibrant grey

Is it ok on natural white hair

If you want silver tones then yes. I have my hair lighten every 6 months and then add this to get the silver tone, my hair is half grey and dark but it looks really nice with this added to it

Just to say, green strands can occurr when purple shampoo is used on yellow blonde hair; I realize you said you used a grey hair dye, but thought maybe you've tried toning the grey with a purple shampoo? The blue/purple pigment mixed with yellow-toned hair, can make green hair.

Can you use this straight after colouring and do you have to shampoo it out

To be honest I would give it a day. It’s basically like conditioner so put on leave for 10-15mims and rinse off with Luke warm water.
