Nice treat for our friends
Nothing is too good for the beautiful family of 5-10 deer who come by my house in the woods around 5 o’clock every evening, I give them compost and other snacks, and I think they’re digging the salt lick. I feel a little weird about just plopping it on the ground and having them go at it from there though, it would be nice to have some sort of container or stand that’s built for this sort of thing. I suppose they have it somewhere but I don’t really feel like looking around for it.

We hung it on a tree, and only had ...
We hung it on a tree, and only had one rain fall. It fell apart. We had deer walk 3 feet from it and they didn't take to it 😞.

THIS THING HAS BIG BUCKS ALL AROUND IT!! 12'S AND SMALLER BUCKS!!haha jkjk!(lol) :))))) But this is a great product for the price i got it for, and its a great gift for anyone who loves the outdoors! we havent put it out yet but it has a good scent and i know the deer are gonna love it! good buy and good amount. :)

Wildlife love it.
Wildlife loves it. Deer, racoons, opossum, etc. I love watching the animals day or night. I've ordered many times and will continue to buy. I put into hollowed out log that keeps it off the ground and drains quickly during rain. If it sits in water it will fall apart. But it lasts quite a while when rain immediately drains.

Hasn't been licked yet that I know of
I live in western Montana were there are and abundance of white tails as well as muleys. We usually have 8 to 10 deer in are yard daily. This salt lick is under an apple tree in plain sight. The deer show no interest in this lick. I may of picked the wrong flavor for there are not many accorns around. I will buy some other lick with a more local flavor.
