I’m not one to write reviews, but this candle is worth a couple minutes to write about how well it works.Living in Florida, we’ve got bugs and lots of them. Some you can’t even see. (No see-ums as they are referred to) I like to sit on my patio every morning to drink my coffee and relax there at the end of each day. Within a matter of minutes I’d have 15 plus bug bites all over my arms, legs and feet. I purchased this candle and several other products hoping to find something that works. This was it. This candle miraculously fends them off. Some of the other products I purchased had strong smells that weren’t so pleasant. This candle has a very slight scent that’s hard to even pick up on. My only complaint is I wish they’d make them in a bigger size. They last up to 30 hours but I’d like to have something that lasted longer. Is what it is though. I’ve ordered 2 more candles since my first purchase. Amazing product!

This candle works better than about 5 other products I’ve tried

This is a good product but I would definitely buy 2 next time. I only bought 1 and used it with a group of 6 people in close proximity and the people that were about 5to 6 fr from the candle were still getting bit by mosquitoes. The candle stays lit and has no smell. Over all good product and would recommend buying 2 if you’re not using it for 1 to 3 people.

I wish I had seen their recommendation of using 4 candles with a 12 ft perimeter before buying.We bought one. It smelled good and was easy to use (how hard can a candle be?). We used it at dusk, and I don't think it repelled at all. It did, however, kill a bunch of mosquitos and gnats by drowning them in the candle because they were attracted to the light.3 stars because I need to try their recommendation of setting a perimeter, and because the insect graveyard was so big the candle almost went out. We had to dump it and relight.

I like the product because it is plant based and it keeps the mosquitoes away. I don't have to worry about smelling chemicals. It is a little pricey though in comparison to the other repellants. But, I figure, you pay for what you want. Be sure to keep the wicks trimmed or it will break off. I didn't do that and lost a wick. Overall, I would recommend the product.
