Handy when doing repeat exercise sets or any activity that needs timing.
The product was used for timing intervals BETWEEN exercise sets. It can be set to any interval. You push the button when you are finished, and in the set number of seconds it beeps. Slap the puppy and it resets to your required time interval, do your next set, and push the button when finished. Rinse and repeat. It is as simple as that.

Ok, but...
The alarm quit on this after a week or two which is fine for my purposes, but I would not recommend if you need a countdown timer.

I love this product where the timer (when counting down) can do both ways: MM:SS and %age of time left (from start time). The countup/stopwatch works well too! :D Thank you very much for a speedy and prompt delivery! =-D
