Love the concept of separating fat from the meat. Use it all year

Had to bend the fins inwards to fit in my pressure cooker. Otherwise works as expected.

Ok, so first let me say that the product was fine. It did exactly what I needed and kept my meatloaf from sitting in the melting fat.This allowed for it to cook with better circulation and more evenly as well as preventing that soggy mush you get in the tray from clinging to my loaf. So, 5 stars for the product.Now, why only 4 stars? Timing. That's it. My pan didn't arrive until after I got home from work yesterday, which is fine because I couldn't cook until then anyway. No, the issue is that I was asked to review something within like 8 hours of it's arrival.Like come on dude, give me a minute to test it. What if I hadn't needed it till tomorrow?At the very least allow 24 hours.All in all though, this was something I'd put off getting for a time and I'm satisfied with it and do recommend the product.

If you want to make a perfect meatloaf, this is the pan for you. It's the perfect size and the removable grill is built up high enough so the unhealthy grease drains off of the meatloaf. Your taste buds will thank you! After that, clean up is a snap because it us non-stick and everything cleans off extremely easy. You won't be disappointed!

I had one of these for years. I don’t even know where I bought it from. It started to rust in the corners and the piece that lifts out started to rust too. I tossed it and ordered this one from Amazon. I’m pleased with it. I use 2/12 pounds of ground beef. It holds it well. I first thought, maybe I should place the pan on a baking sheet in case the grease spills over so I did, but, nothing spilled. You may be more comfortable using 2 pounds of ground beef. It drains the grease out, It lifts out easily, it’s nonstick, it’s sturdy and my meatloaf looks pretty tasty and perfectly shaped. It’s easy to clean too. It came with instructions to clean it first, dry, and oil it before using. I rub a little cooking oil on it after I wash and dry it just like I do with my cast iron skillets. I plan on ordering another one because my family loves my meatloaf and I can double my recipe.

Tried it first day, and every promise kept.Can’t ask more than that.

I have made two meatloafs in my new pan and it is perfect. Grease drains through the holes and is below the meat. It’s easy to remove from pan all in one piece and then because it is nonstick I just slide it off onto the platter.

I love that i don’t have to drain the grease during cooking, but my meatloaf came out dry. I think maybe too much drained than normal. Will keep experimenting
