Hoping for a good outcome
I recently bought this battery for my Harley and after installing it I think it started 2 times, now mind you this battery is supposed to come fully charged. Apparently it had a bad cell or something but wouldn’t hold or even take a charge. I miss the return cutoff so had to deal with the seller. I was kind of pissed because I had to prove the battery was no good but after taking it to the auto store they tested it and verified that it was bad, after taking a picture of the test and battery the seller agreed to replace it. Outside of the hassle of providing proof the battery was not working I hope this situation will work out satisfactorily. This has been the first time I’ve ever had this problem.

Strong amperage, battery always started wheeler
The battery holds up well to heavy winching. Old one lasted over 2 years and froze last winter. I left the wheeler out for a week straight in the snow

Awesome customer service/support
So I bought this to put on my 2011 HD ultra classic. If anyone knows anything about HD‘s you realise that they have a lot of accessory wires that have to go onto the bolts to connect to the terminals. The only downside of this battery is they don’t have the screw in terminals. They have you have to put the nut on the bottom and then screw in the bolt. Issue I had and the only issue I had was the bolts were too short and trying to find the right size bolt was not easy either. They were too long or too short. Hence is why I decide to do the return. So I contacted the seller for a refund/return. I will absolutely say they were phenomenal. They offered me several options to include a full refund with keeping the battery. That is exceptional Customer Service. Again nothing wrong with the battery other than I needed the screw in type of terminals. Hope it helps anyone looking to buy this battery.
