Great product
I've been using other LongevityBox products for a while and was delighted to see that they had added spermidine to their range. Unlike other commentors here, I know that there are many supplements (like lichen derived natural vitamin D) and other foods (like orange juice and bakers yeast) where a higher concentration of the active ingredient is achieved by extracting it from the source material (in this case wheat germ) and then combining those extractions to form a higher concentration, therefore making 10mg per 1 gram easily achievable. Like other people, this Spermidine has a taste that I'm not overly keen on but I find it easily hidden by mixing it with a meal or a bit of flavoured yoghurt. The high potency of Spermidine makes this worthwhile, for me at least.

Insane amounts of Zinc in this product
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! CAUTION!!! My package came today and just before I took a pill I decided to read the ingredients just to check the amount of Spermidine per serving. I was shocked when I read there was an addition of 250mg of Zinc as Zinc Gluconate per serving which if so much that it could lead to zinc intoxication in the body if I had not read the label carefully. Just a note: 15mg of Zinc per day is the normal decent amount of suplementing even if you have zinc deficiency. 250mg is an absurd amount.

if it is real stuff then it was very affordable and i will buy again. i haven't found anything to say it isn't so i must just go on the marketing.

Misleading advert
Nothing wrong with the product itself, but the advert implies 120 caps of 10mg product. In fact, to get 10 mg you have to take 4 caps so you only receive 30 doses.

Was cost effective. Not any more!
I've been ordering this since early 2024 on Subscribe and Save, every 2 months, thought it was a great product reasonably priced. It was only when I ran out recently that I discovered the company surreptitiously changed the quantity from 120 to 60 for the same price. So I've cancelled my Subscribe and Save and switched to an alternative product. Even if it's a slightly lower dosage, it's way more cost effective now.
