I ordered two of these for Father’s Day. The one was purchased within a certain time frame to be delivered on time while the other was placed a little later. I messaged the seller and they were so easy to work with! They were able to get both done and shipped together right before Father’s Day. Thank you!! They are amazing quality. And for being a small heart, I still think it’s big! Fits in the palm of your hand. This is going to be a wonderful gift. Dont hesitate to buy this for a loved one. Beautiful!!

For my parents 50th anniversary I wanted to get them something different that stands out. Used my favorite picture of them, glad I went with a bigger size so they can see it.Just one nitpick. I understand they only have a two-dimensional image to go by, not a true 3D face scan. The dimensions of the face aren’t quite right. Noses and ears are the wrong sizes when turned sideways. Looks good from directly in front, so it’s ok.

This product exceeded my expectations. The photo I gave them of my wife and I turned out great. Exactly what I wanted. Crystal clear, it’s like looking thru glass with my pic in the middle. 3D or 4D whatever you want to say but it is amazing. Bought the light up stand to go underneath it. Which I advise everyone to. It is a perfect center piece and memory saver

*Update: This company is amazing with their customer service! The product I received had a typo that was very possibly my own mistake, even though I thought to have re-read the submitted text multiple times to make sure of its correctness. Regardless, this company offered me a replacement at a significant discount and the turn around was crazy quick. Their follow up was daily until I could place the order correctly. This is five star service at its best and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a crystal with them. Looking forward to the new and revised item!Old review: This product came with a typo when I specifically made sure all the text was proper before placing the order.. I ordered this product and made sure that the text said “This love is crystal clear to me baby. I love you now and forever.” However, this product came and they put “It’s love is crystal clear to me baby. I love you now and forever.”I’m very off put that I spent $100 on a typo given product of this caliber and there is no refund option. It’s a small detail, but it basically destroys the beauty of the gift. Im hoping the seller will make this right and if they do by sending me out the crystal with the text I ordered, the correct text, then I will update my review to five stars and reflect their effort because this crystal is beautiful but that typo ruins the entire gift.
