(Preface: This may be a dumb question) Is this product an original product? Not a KO?

This should be the legitimate Hasbro figure from the Transformers Legacy toy line. This was the one that I ordered and mine was the real deal. When you receive the item it should be in Legacy packaging. The figure is most likely marked down due to the backlash over it not looking appropriate to the Transformers Prime character design and more like a Generation 1 (circa 1984-87 Transformers cartoon) inspired figure. Because of this, the figure probably didn’t sell well; however, it is still a fantastic figure. There is also a repaint of this same Bulkhead figure, a later release, in camouflage colors for the Transformers Legacy Evolution toy line. That character was a part of a group called the Wreckers, hence the different paint scheme. I hope this helps! And no, absolutely not a dumb question. Not related to your question but I am still hoping that Hasbro uses this figure, with a different head sculpt and paint apps, retooled as a garbage truck.
