I’ve been really enjoying Applied Nutrition’s Cream of Rice.It’s become a really convenient way of getting my carbs in without having to prepare a full meal.The texture is smooth and creamy, and it mixes really easily with both hot and cold water or milk.I also like that you can adjust the amount of liquid depending on whether you want it thicker or more like a porridge.Applied Nutrition states that a 30g serving provides 25g of complex carbohydrates, so it’s an easy option when you want to increase your carb intake.The flavour is probably my favourite part.It tastes much better than some of the bland cream-of-rice products I’ve tried before, and it makes getting your carbs in feel more like an enjoyable meal rather than something you’re forcing down.It’s also really convenient before training because it’s light and easy to prepare. I can make a bowl in just a couple of minutes, add whatever toppings I want, and I’m ready to go.The tub is also a good size and should last a decent amount of time, especially if you’re using it regularly.Overall, really happy with this product.Great taste, good texture, easy to prepare and a very convenient carb source.Definitely something I’ll be buying again.

Only recently had Cream of Rice included in my meal plan .. this is amazing the flavour 😬 mixes easily

I drink regular but when ever I make it ready and take it with me to work taste changes even the texture also like I am drinking something curry's

I have tried several cream of rice brands on here lately,and this is how i list them in terms of the best;1.Applied nutrition golden syrup or Apple or any of them really(toffee biscuit contains skim milk powder so not sure about that)this one mixes fast and really well in hot water,lovely texture,the syrup is very golden syrup like,the apple crumble very authentic,for me the best on amazon.2.olimp vanilla cream of rice;this was my favourite,again mixes well in hot or cold water,really quick,texture slightly different this can be a bit like a thin mashed potato or if made runnier it is like a soft scoop ice cream,only at room temp,but either way i like it alot,very nice vanilla flavour and great value.3BULK cream of rice;it's in between on the 2 above texture is good but not great,bit gritty,but the flavour good and easy to make,like alot of bulk products it's a good option but not the best.the one i have to mention is cnp cream of rice,this for me is the worst i've tried,the mixture is so runny unless you use about 50g(2 scoops) in the water,and at that point it's nearly 40g of carbs,the cherry bakewell has a real not nice,cheap fruity flavour,and i daren't try the others s i suspect similar,not for me at all these other 3 are far better.The one star off this is if you buy the 2kg one you get it in a tub more than double the size needed to hold the poder,it's silly,if you buy the 1kg it is in a handy resealable bag,but again 2kg for 11 pounds when on offer is superb value.

It’s great! Has a strong flavour but in terms of texture is more than okay it really seems like people complaining about the texture don’t actually know how to properly make it, just ask gemini or chatgpt for some help ngl

Is auf jeden Fall kein reispudding ist eher Reismehl … aber schmeckt Sau lecker ich mach’s in shaker mit Milch und trinke es einfach … bisschen sandig im Mund aber is okay mir geht’s eher um dieSchneller Kohlehydrate

Excellent flavor

This cream of rice is a great source of protein and it taste delicious. It’s fantastic for a pre-workout snack and it gets all your carbs in if you’re tracking.
