Product is excellent and it's easy to use and I would recommend everyone to use this product once in their lifetime.

Defective product 2nd time!
First piece sent the heating and temperature settings were not working. On replacement, the 2nd piece was a used, damaged and non functional product. There was dust and fungus on the comb as seen in picture. Obviously no quality check. I have lost faith and would like a refund.
