A tasty way to add probiotics. I think the are on the lower end being 5 billion CFU. Does the job. No stomach upset.

I've ordered this bottle of daily probiotic gummies multiple times now. Consistent flavor and quality. Small shape which is tasty and easy to break down in the mouth, and easy to then swallow. Multiple strains of probiotics which is what I look for, and a sufficient quantity of 5 billion CFU. No concerns at all and I recommend.

Been buying these for sometime. Have no clue if they "work" but I take em. I only take one a day though. My wife really loves the flavor/taste. I do too, but maybe not as enthusiatically as her. hahah

I’m currently in the process of comparison testing two probiotics. This one and Culturelle. I’ve just gone through a course of the latter and I found it seemed to give me a lot of gas. That’s a little odd since I used the same probiotic a while ago without having this effect. Anyway, I’m one week into this probiotic and it is not so far having such a gaseous effect (thankfully). I am not taking the full dose however, only two gummies a day versus the recommended three, but it seems to be working fine. It’s always tricky figuring out the effect of these supplements, since the different eating habits that occur in the normal course of living tend to have different, erm, outcomes. But I figure as long as I’m not getting any obvious negative outcomes, the probiotic at least isn’t doing any harm and is likely, erm, smoothing the way. So recommended.
