I’ve been drinking this coffee every day for more than 7 years now. I cannot go through the day without this coffee in my breakfast. My main reasons for liking this coffee are the taste and the energy that it gives me. At least to my taste buds, the taste is just perfect - not too bitter, not too sweet. However, for my wife, a whole sachet in a cup of hot water is too strong for her. The perfect combination for her is 1/2 sachet in 3/4 cup hot water. Side note: she’s more into tea than coffee.The possible health benefits of this coffee due to ganoderma and the type of mushroom ingredient is not really the deal sealer for me - I’m still gonna like this coffee even without the claimed health benefits. However, just for my curiosity, on my research, it says that the type of mushroom in this coffee can boost up immune system, especially immune cells that can kill cancer cells.Funny note: my grandfather lived up to 95 years. This was the only coffee that he drunk in his last 10 years of life. I’d just like to think that this coffee is one of the reasons for his longevity, hahaha. - placebo might work.I highly recommend this coffee for the taste alone plus the energy boosting capacity. I introduced this to my coworker who brews her own coffee. After just one try, she immediately bought one bag.
