Exactly how I imagined the product quality to be. Recieved product the other day freeze very quickly, help relieve pain 100%, can use hot or cold. Ice packs keep their shape after reusing. Handy size and weight. Hold the low temperature for a reasonable time. Easy to manipulate.

Item was delivered super fast. It’s a great item. They’re sitting in the freezer now getting nice and cold to stop me getting headaches throughout the whole of summer. Fantastic to put behind my back when sitting up against a couch or sitting up in bed and when it gets too hot, I would recommend this item for anyone who suffers with bad headaches due to heat.

Great - easy to use product for any sports injuries!

I got these for a back strain that had to be iced regularly, they were good for a few minutes but never really froze so lost their cool quite quickly. I haven’t tried them heated through, so maybe they worked better for that.

The largest ice pack arrived with a split along the edge, causing the blue gel to leak out. The other ice packs appear to be fine, but it is disappointing that the largest one was damaged straight out of the box. I have attached photos showing the defect.

Heb deze gebruikt ivm een ingreep aan mijn oogleden. Het kunstof waar de vloeistof in zit is zeer stevig en de verschillende maten zijn perfect voor het geen waar ik het voor gebruikte. Meestal worden ze te groot aangeboden, maar deze waren perfect.

This products was put in the freezer for 2 weeks and when I took it out to use, sadly, it was not cool as expected!!! Total waste of my money. Wish I could return this!

Prefect size for a person during heat stroke at outdoor.

I like this product, but we did have one small one break open after a couple of months of use. The rest seem to be working well and are all functioning as expected. Great for hot and cold purposes.
