Trangia Fuel Bottle Green

A lightweight well sealed reserve fuel bottle for our trail bikes. A smooth pour keeps fuel off the paint as it could easily be used to fill smaller alcohol or dual fuels stoves so only one fuel type is needed. The bottle has a placement on the lid for a carabiner or a silicone backpacking bottle holder fit tightly around the bottles neck which makes securing these easy in a variety of situations both on and off the bike. My only request in the future is for a clear vertical strip on the bottle. Still, for the purpose of sealing well and pouring control it is quality.

So it's a plastic bottle. It looks metallic in most pictures, but it's plastic. The cap is by far the most helpful part as it allows controlled pouring without the sporadic burps associated with the air replacing the alcohol in the bottle. The treads on the cap to the bottle seem to lock up very nicely compared to many Nalgene options on the market.

Bottle works for alcohol or kerosene. Not white gas.

I've made due with other fuel containers for years. I am glad I finally decided to splurge on this. Its everything I could want in a fuel bottle. Leak free (so far) easy to pour out and control the flow. The green color is really nice compared to the usual bright red.

This is my 7th trangia fuel bottle. I have used these for years!! Never had issues. I use it for stove fuel. Gasoline, kerosene, denatured alcohol, chainsaw bar oil. Its a great replacement for my old Nalgene fuel bottles that I also love but are obsolete.

You can store alcohol in a water bottle or plastic container but many of those things can get crushed if you drop your bag or leak if it gets tipped the wrong way. Regardless you end up with some alcohol on your hands when trying to pour it into your stove. this thing although it is also plastic, is very hard and durable. the pouring mechanism is ingenious as well. I'm glad I found a reliable product with easily replaceable parts to transport my fuel.

Cool idea that does not work,bottle leaks as you pour from it no matter how tight you screw on the cap, took forever to dispense the liquid, the cap does not allow for a good flow. Tried unscrewing the top on the side of the road to finish getting the gas in my tank, nozzle shattered with just hand pressure.Overall skip this one, it will let you down when you need itOverall the only good part was I liked the color.

It's priced reasonably, light weight and I LOVE the no spill / accurate stream pour mechanism. No more splashing half the fuel on the ground when filling a small aperture lantern or stove. Instead it's tilt, align, then open the spring loaded valve with one finger...not a drop spilled!!

Great bottle for carrying your liquid fuel for camping stoves or lanterns. Easy pour locking spout. Solid built. Just a note on ordering as the picture of the bottle is red. And i ordered red, but a green bottle turned up. Hadn't noticed there was 2 colour at the time of ordering. But that doesn't change the fact that the bottle is quality.

Lie in the description. This is NOT ALUMINIUM.IT'S A PLASTIC BOTTLE. The only metal thing on this bottle is the ring around it's neck & the small spring in the cap.Don't waste your time if you're looking for something Aluminium. Refund needed.

Perfect for a day or two. I love the green colour for bush crafting type camps as it does not stand out. Great quality and excellent pouring and safety cap. If you use alcohol fuel there is no better bottle than this.

Strong, lightweight and no fuel spills . Essential kit for camping, hiking etc.

Great fuel bottle, just perfect for the job it's strong enough to take a bash or two.
