My fiancé loves to forage for treasures/rocks/mushrooms and I got this for him as a part of his birthday gift. It looks just like it does in the picture so it comes as you’d expect. The canvas is very nice and heavy duty feeling, the leather isn’t very thick but the button on it feels sturdy. It’s a nice size to gather a good cluster of treasures. The belt strap is a nice addition. Cool how it folds neatly to become compact. Fiancé was very happy and excited to use it.

Lightweight, hopefully my daughter likes it for her Montana mushroom hunting. Something happened on shipping that made it extremely slow, but I don’t care on these items. Took three weeks to arrive but thats okay

Awesome bag but the leather needs to be just a tad bit tighter. It will pop out the sides

WITH A COUPLE OF MINOR MODS IVE CREATED A BEAST OF A FIRE KIT AND a TINDER GATHERING POUCH. I LOVE THIS THING 10 STARS ********** ITS PERFECT

Firstly, it was packed in an outer bag so tightly and over taped with shipping tape that I couldn't even get a pair of scissors in to make an opening. Literally, the bag was so tight that the package was like a 3.5"x3.5" compressed softball. A knife cutter would have damaged the product it was so very tight. As it was, I cut and inch, into the bag very carefully, and inched my way in, because it couldn't be opened with your hand with all of the shipping tape covering the entire tiny package. Once I finally got it open, I realized I'd cut through half of the leather flap for the belt loop because it was so thin that you couldn't feel any resistance.. After inspecting the leather and its thiness, I wondered how one could even do any collecting with the canvas bag that was WAY heavier than the leather belt loop and closure flap attached to it. The weight of anything in the bag would be far too much for the super lightweight leather. It was a total loss to me and a total bummer as it was to go in my husband's christmas stocking.

Ordered this to do some rock collecting for flint knapping. Gonna see how it holds up. Will post updates and change score after a few weeks then a few months of regular use.Initial review:Slightly smaller than expected, but still large enough for intended purpose of easy and secure rock storage.Construction appears sound and durable at first glance. Thick leather and canvas. Decent cotton drawstring, might replace with paracord.**Further updates to follow**
