HIME SAMA Red Light Therapy Mask, 7 Colors Led Face Mask Light Therapy Skin Rejuvenation, Anti-ageing, Korean Professional Technology Led Light Mask for Face and Neck

I bought this a year ago and try to use t on avg twice a week. I just plugged it in the it did not work. I am assuming the black adapter is no longer working. How do I replace it?

My youngest kid asked me if it was a girl’s Iron Man mask. ;-) While it may not make me a part of the Marvel Universe, the *Hime Sama Pro 7 Color LED Light Therapy Mask IS a high tech skincare tool that uses 7 different wavelengths of light to treat various skin concerns. No UV light is used here, so don’t count on this to get a tan or worry about skin damage. Fun fact: LED light therapy was originally developed by NASA 30+ years ago to promote tissue healing & repair in astronauts.Light therapy works by using different colors of the light spectrum that each have their own respective wavelengths. With an increase in wavelength comes an increase in how deep light penetrates the skin, therefore each light wavelength elicits a different response in the skin. Now remember, light therapy is not a one & done type of treatment, even if you have it done within a clinical setting, such as a salon. The results are cumulative, so you will need multiple treatments over a longer period of time to see measurable results. One major benefit for me is that there is no downtime or pain after treatment.After patch testing, I used my mask 3-4 times a week for a month & have noticed a decrease in redness and hyperpigmented areas, a slight improvement in firmness/ elasticity in the jowl area (need more time for better results here), & it also helped on days I was feeling blue. For anyone with Seasonal Affective Disorder this mask is for you!The most comfortable way to use the mask- in my opinion- is to recline on a sofa or bed with my head on a pillow & the included silk eye mask on for eye protection. I flip the adjustable elastic band out of the way & lay the mask on my face (gently- it’s heavy w/ 192 LED’s in it!). Make sure the remote has been adjusted to your preferred color, time, + brightness level & you’re off! Just don’t forget the patch test & *build* your way up to no more than 30 minutes at a time a few days per week. UPDATE: Since the review, the manufacturer reached out and refunded my purchase, hence adding 2 stars for the customer service provided. Still, I think the product lacks the quality to last long enough for the LED settings to provide benefits, as my previous review stated.I waited to give this product a review to ensure that the quality and what it says it would do actually held true. This purchase was in Jul 2020. Just about a year, the piece came off from the main part - see picture (the face). After that, the wiring, as you see in the picture, came off also. This resulted to not work anymore when plugged in. I love having an LED face mask, and I really want this to last long so it is well packaged in the original box, too, but that did not matter. Please, the manufacturer of this product, fix this issue. It’s a waste of money to spend this much and only last for a year.I use this mask for treating acne and speeding up collagen synthesis (red color). I do think the acne setting works because I see that my acne dries up after I use this so the healing is faster. The collagen and other settings (there are 7) I think time will tell if in fact these work. Overall, given the issue I mentioned above, I don’t think it is worth the money. If the product last long, the buyer would have benefited to continue the use of the product and hopefully benefit the 7 settings claimed.

The media could not be loaded.  My spa days now come from the comfort of my own home. This is so exciting because this can help with so many skin conditions. You can choose what lights you want to use or you can combine them all into one. The mask is well made 100%!! Its quite heavy that it will leave a denting mark on your face but it's not something that will stay. I suggest not putting the band and just let it lay on your face. i also highly suggest getting laser eye covers, though the eyes are well protected with the eye guard attached, you just can never be too sure esp when there's this amount of light too close to your eyes.I love that it adds a neck piece as well since we often forget to care for that area. I absolutely loved how thick and sturdy it is. The rose gold color is stunning. And don't get me started in the free silk eye mask. The price is high but you certainly see the quality. During Covid lockdown I lost weight and picked at my skin and spots due to stress. I wanted something to help boost some collegen back into my skin and found out about L.E.D masks. After reading it can help with acne and scarring and research I picked this product due to the removes....though slightly sceptic as its not so well known as other brands.I can only speak for my own skin and I've never owned an L.E.D mask before so I cant compare this to other brands but after just two times using it its clearing up not only my spots but also scarring from picking. My face even looks fresher and more pumped. I hoped it would help after a month or so but after 2 times I'm honestly so unbelievably surprised. I cant wait to see what long term results I get.The only downside if I have to find one, is it is uncomfortable on the nose and eye area. I'm looking at a solution, probably a small sponge placed on the top of my nose. Hopefully that should ease the pressure on my nose.But from my own experience, more then worth the money. Exceeded my expectations.

A must buy !!Please do not hesitate to purchase it, i was really surprised this is definitely working fantastic. Since one month ago i started to every day between 15-20 mins, my skin is so tightening and glowing😀i used to had Botox and fills for years, plus HiFu treatment for twice but nothing can compare with it, which save more money and same awesome result.

Such a great purchase for any skincare addict. The mask & neck piece that uses 7 different lights to treat multiple skin complaints. I found it so easy to use & set up.At the moment I have mainly been using it to help with acne scarring & breakouts. Excited to see how I get on long term with it!

This is such a sturdy mask that fits really well. The 7 LED lights are amazing and being able to change the light intensity is brilliant. The controller is very easy to use and allows you to control how long you want the mask on for. The neck panel is great as you can attach it or keep it separate. 10/10 would recommend

Don't waste your money on this expensive piece of equipment. The control unit no longer works after 12 months of a very infrequent use. The mask is very uncomfortable, rigid, and the plastic eye protectors hurt the skin around your eyes and leave marks and indentations. The seller now 'created' another model which is identical to this one in order to avoid people seeing all the negative feedback on a legitimate purchase. No replacement parts and no way of contacting the seller. Cheap piece of rigid plastic made in China and by charging such a high price they like to pretend this model is better than some £40 LED masks. It is not!
