Juices taste great & cleanse your body
I’ve never attempted a cleanse before but I’ve been struggling to lose 10-20 pounds for several years. I was hoping this would help kickstart some weight loss. So day one was a breeze. The juices tasted great, much better than I expected. My least favorite was apple kale ginger lemon, but day 1 it wasn’t that bad. The bottles aren’t too big so I could drink them down pretty fast. Easy peasy. The juices “cleansed” my tummy the first day! Day two I was still ok for most of the day but in the afternoon I started getting a horrible headache which I realized was caffeine withdrawal. I hadn’t even considered this & felt like an idiot. I was a 3 shot espresso/day kinda girl so it hit hard. I was pretty weak, shaking like crazy and had a miserable headache but finished all my juices. I thought I’d die when I drank the apple kale ginger lemon. It seemed like it was pure lemon and upset my stomach. At this point I was wavering if I was gonna make it to day 3. I decided to eat a little quinoa with steamed broccoli. Yup that’s what I needed. I did not do the 3rd day but it did start my weight loss and I’m down 10 lbs. I’m feeling better, have more energy, my skin looks better. I’m going to use the rest of my drinks as a one day cleanse soon. I do recommend these drinks but I also recommend to research how to prepare for the cleanse & which of the juices are best for you. Good luck!

Power through it
Okay, let me start out by saying that unless a vegetable is deep fried, I hate it with the same passion as a four year old, so this was a huge step for me to try this cleanse. But, while I'm not trying to lose weight, I have found myself to be craving exceptionally unhealthy things for the last few months. Wine, pizza rolls, bread, things that I usually do not partake of, and I've found that I am more hungry all day whereas before I would only eat one meal a day since I work 10-14 hour days and eating is hard for me. So needless to say, I've been miserable and thought this cleanse would reset my cravings. Not tooooo bad, I suppose. Every bottle and I had to have a little talk before I drank it, where I asked it nicely to taste like fruit juice full of sugar. I was...minimally disappointed by my desires. While they don't taste like fruit juice, they are light and clean tasting. Definitely vegetable tasting but not gross. For me, if it's nasty, I won't do it. My least favorite were the red juices because I don't like beets, but even they were quite nice and I didn't struggle to get them down. I was definitely craving things but I wasn't hungry. The last juice of the night was Green Day, celery, apple, kale and cucumber. I was sad that it wasn't sweeter and it was pretty heavy on the celery taste so I decided the next morning to have that one first. Oh boy. I don't know what happened between sleeping and waking up but it (Green Day) was...good. Like, really good. I enjoyed it immensely more than I did the previous night. Maybe my palette was just not surprised by the taste of a vegetable anymore haha. I'm not hungry at all and feel significantly less bloated. I don't know about any weight loss but I don't care about that. The worst part about this entire cleanse is the ginger shot. That's nasty. I would suggest plugging your nose and taking a chaser of your morning juice immediately. The package arrived about 90% frozen and in good condition. It also has instructions on how to precleanse, get through the cleanse and what to do after. All in all, very pleased with this purchase and plan on doing this cleanse every 3 months as a reboot. I do wish it was less expensive, but you get what you pay for. Side note, for those saying this is watered down....it absolutely is not. You can taste every single vegetable and fruit in these juices and they definitely are not watered down.

Great juice, easy cleanse, but one has added sugar
I bought this because it claimed to be natural cold pressed non-gmo raw juice with no added sugar... BUT organic sugar is listed as an ingredient in Rise N Shine :( So I find that misleading and it’s hard to trust companies that twist the truth in any way. That said, I still gave it 5 stars because it was delicious and easy. You are allowed 6 juices a day but I only needed 5. And actually 4 was enough to keep me satiated, I just didn’t want to wake up hungry so I drank the fifth. This surprised me! I was expecting to feel hungry but I have no negative effects aside from mild headaches. By day 3 it felt like my legs were missing protein. But I have undeniably felt more energized and clear headed! I had been feeling sick and sluggish with poor eating habits and I feel like this was a great jump start into a more healthy lifestyle. Resets your gut, boosts your immune system and reels in your cravings. I found the flavors very palatable. I let my kids taste them and nobody was off-put by them. If you aren’t used to eating fruits and veggies you may find the beets or kale or ginger a little tough. But I thought they were delicious. Better than expected. Probably because they were heavier on the fruits than veggies. Not ideal for me but definitely more pleasing for the masses. Overall, I would recommend. Easy plan, delicious juices, and totally satisfied my hunger.

Don’t give up
I’ve never done a juice cleanse before so I didn’t really know what to expect. Here’s my experience. Day one: ginger shot - set my throat on fire and tasted ginger for the next two hours. Good thing that I don’t mind the taste of ginger. Followed the shot with the Rise and Shine drink. That one is very mild so I continued to taste the ginger. My morning “snack” was Green Day (the one with cucumber and celery). Huge mistake. That one is nastier than anything. Be warned. This left me very wary for the rest of the drinks throughout the day. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the flavors of the rest of the drinks weren’t that bad. By the end of the day I had peed about 100 times and was hungrier than, well, someone who loves food and is not allowed to eat anything. I wasn’t going to continue this and give it over to my husband the next day - but the next morning found me 3# lighter so I thought, “What the heck? Let’s try it again.” This day also found me on the toilet for a good 30 minutes “cleaning out my colon”. Allow time for this. (This was the only time this happened to me during this cleanse, too.) Day two - ginger shot wasn’t nearly as bad - not sure if it’s because my throat was fried from the day before or not... but I digress. I followed the ginger shot with the gross green one. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOING THIS. It doesn’t make it better, it just gets it out of the way for the rest of the day. I wasn’t as hungry or grumpy, so that’s good. Still peed every hour. Day three was the same as day two but I was ready to be done. By the end of the three days I was 5# lighter, felt lighter and cleaner, and decided that in the end it wasn’t so bad. Note: seriously ween yourself back into normal foods. Day 4 found myself eating a lot of veggies, minimum protein (some ham and turkey on a chef salad) and a breadstick and I could feel it going through my intestines. That was weird. Should have eaten lighter on Day 5, too. My workouts: Day 1: vigorous cardio Day 2: light cardio Day 3: stretching, weights I’ll probably do it again depending on if I gain it all back in 3 days. I hope this review helps you prepare for your clean journey.

Amazing! Why didn't I do this sooner?!
So for the cleanse, I researched different products, read reviews, and then researched "cleanses" that doctors approve of. It came down to a juice cleanse winning...then I went to numerous products. RAW Foundation came in (for me) as the least amount of sugar, a solid outline for daily cleanse and reasonably priced. All I can say is "I'm hooked"!!! I feel totally different after doing it!!! TOTALLY! I can't even explain it...I'm clearer, no need for coffee or tea in the morning (I wake with energy), my belly pudge that I've had FOR YEARS is almost gone. Food tastes better...I eat less and stay full. It was seriously THE BEST $110 I've EVER spent!!!!! I'm going to do it again in a week or so. I lost around 7lbs without even trying. I'm not going to lie...it's not for everyone. TO ONLY have juice, NO food, is tough. I was determined though. Day one...I ONLY had the juice...Day two I had the required juices, plus about 4 small cubed pieces of watermelon...Day three, sam required juices and a couple small carrots (maybe 4), 4 pieces of watermelon again, and that's it! :D I hardly crave alcohol at now (which I used to in the evening, a couple-few glasses of wine or out to dinner)...like I said, no need for coffee or tea in the morning - and NO headache. It completely reset my stomach, my cravings, removed the toxins out of my gut, I seriously can't explain how amazing I feel. For me personally, I think the juices taste amazing! I'm a veggie girl though and love ginger. So since most of the drinks are primarily veggie based with heavy ginger flavors...I LOVED it! Keep in mind if you don't like those 2 things, you need a firm veggie cleanse to clear out things in your gut...and ginger cleans out the toxins. These items are necessary to a healthier internal system! Like I said, I loved how they tasted! They give you so much energy as well!!! I keep thinking, "why didn't I do this sooner?" This is truly the healthiest I've felt in over 20 years! Not having that belly-ring or pudge is shocking! I can't say enough about doing a cleanse and RAW Foundation juices! A++ in my book! I see people posting about it being 'too watery'...ok, well you are dinking the JUICE! No fibers from the any of the plants...so of course it will be more watery. That's the point. If you are having a thicker juice drink with fibers, your calorie intake just went WAY up, you'll feel MUCH MORE full, and you're defeating the 'cleanse' purpose. You need "just the juice" to detox and clarify the body...jus'sayin'... ;) Hope this helps! I am NOT one to write reviews...ever, but for THIS, I must. :D

I would not purchase again. it’s not nearly as healthy as it’s presented to be.
I was really disappointed with this purchase. The juices arrived with no instructions at all, so I stored them in the fridge, not knowing they were supposed to be kept frozen. After realizing and freezing them later, they never thawed properly and the taste was off. What concerns me the most is that this product is marketed as “healthy” and “detox,” but it’s honestly not as healthy as it sounds. Each bottle contains a high amount of sugar: Beet-Tox: 17g Rise n Shine: 20g Green Day: 18g Citrus Kick: 19g Glow Green: 23g Liver Cleanse: 16g If you follow the cleanse and drink 6 juices a day, that’s around 114g of sugar per day. That alone is very high, even if it’s natural sugar. On top of that, you’re consuming roughly 700 to 1,000 calories per day, which adds up to about 2,100 to 3,000 calories over a 3-day cleanse, mostly from juice without the balance of fiber, protein, or real meals. So while it’s marketed as a clean and healthy reset, it actually feels more like consuming a large amount of sugary juice with very little nutritional balance. Between the lack of instructions, the altered taste after freezing, and the fact that it’s not nearly as healthy as it’s presented to be, this product did not meet expectations. For the price, it’s simply not worth it, and I would not purchase again.

It’s OK, Could Be Better
It’s an easy option for juicing. The taste of the juices range from tolerable to good; although you may be tired of it towards the end of the seven days. It’d be better if there was an organic option. Things to account for: The package may come earlier than expected (which sounds great, unless it sits out too long). Some of the juice is probably going to spill out onto other bottles and packaging. After ordering a few times, it’s happened at least twice. (If this happens, the process to express your concerns and for them to send you new bottles is not convenient. You must email, and the questions that need to be answered are spread out over a few emails. It should be a form with all the required information for efficiency.)

Great product to help you kickstart start a new health journey
All juices taste great and this was the easiest and longest cleanse I’ve ever done. I needed something to reset my system. Constant bloat, gut issues and cravings for all the wrong foods was how my body was at acting prior to doing this cleanse. I felt great during and after the cleanse. With my terrible habits, I was ready for a change. Couldn’t lose weight to save my life. I was eating late, drinking alcohol and eating larger portions than I needed. No more of that and I am down over 6 pounds. I was ready for a change and for many years, I was not ready for a lifestyle change but I was finally mentally ready for the challenge and I can’t say enough good about this product. I grew up eating healthy so maybe why I didn’t mind any of the flavors. I noticed a lot of negative reviews on the green day flavor but honestly it was one of my favorites being a little sour and sweet. Main things to point out is it’s only the juices, water and plain coffee or tea during the cleanse. It is recommended to prepare for the cleanse prior to avoid headaches. Only thing I did was eat lighter and avoid alcohol the day before I started, the directions recommend longer prep. As stated w other reviews make sure you have plenty of room in your freezer for the drinks. You pull them out to thaw the a day ahead. Highly recommend this product. Happy cleansing!!
