It’s kinda hard to get the cap off straight out the freezer BUT if you run it under water for a lil bit it’ll come off and you’re good to go. It helps me wake up in the morning, the ice on and under my eyes..helps w puffiness and helps you feel more refreshed

This is much better than rubbing ice on your face in the morning. Helps to wake you up and depuff your face. After freezing to open it just run some hot water where the edges meet and it will open up just fine.

It came with no instructions at all. I had to come back to here to see the video someone put on of how to open it the right way to use it after it's frozen. Some instructions on ideas of recipes to use in the water would have been helpful. So I'm just reading other people's product like this for some ideas!!
