what is the diference of the new nouveau ombra skin cream compared to the ombra skin cream with melkfett?

I don't know the difference between the two. I used the one with melkfett when my skin would crack from the cold. I would put it on my hands or feet before bed and in the morning the cracks would be gone. Hope that helps.
