I have bone on bone knee and this product helped me go from a walker/cane to walking without either. I am so thankful! After using for 3 months, some of the lights were not working so I contacted the company, through email, and received an answer promptly and was told they would ship a new one out to me. Received a brand new belt within a week! If you need help with your knees or back, this product worked for me and is worth a try! Customer service A+++++++!

I started using the red light therapy for my sore muscles but have since found out that you can use red light therapy for so much more including wrinkles, fatigue, pain, cellulite, weight loss, etc.. I am excited to see how well it works for all of the other benefits. It even gives you a list of how long and how often to use the red light for 6 weeks. There are 4 levels of light and also a timer so you can set how long you want to use the light for. It is not recommended to use it longer than 20 minutes on one area.

Update:I emailed the seller and they were extremely fast to respond. I explained to them what happened and sent them a picture. They were very apologetic and mailed me a brand new replacement immediately. I am very happy with their responsiveness and how quickly I received a replacement.I’ve only used this a few times a month since purchase 9 months ago. I hooked it up and turned it on, and one entire half of the belt shorted out and quit working. I’m not talking about red versus NIR, I’m talking about one entire half of the whole rectangle just doesn’t work and won’t come on. Didn’t even last a year. Lame.

Love this product and have used it everyday for part of my post-op therapy. My plug suddenly broke. The pins remained stuck in my outlet!! Never seen this before. Contact Amazon CS and they give me the email address for the manufacturer in China. I do have an alternative USB port that also came with the belt. However, that doesn’t work either!!! Lights up but no power going to the belt, even though the light is lit on the plug. I still haven’t received any response from the manufacturer and just want replacement power plugs as it’s TOO coincidental that BOTH broke.

It's a well-made product with clear instructions, easy to use, I bought it because of my long-term knee damage, and it does produce a pain-relieving effect. I think it's effective in terms of pain relief - not an immediate cure, but very helpful. I'm happy with it. It really works. I'm happy to have it!

This product works well for back pain and everything else indicated, but it does not last very long within a few months of using it two or three times a week some of the red lights would not light anymore. May need to try a different brand.

First of all we really liked the product and use it daily. We are amazed at the results with healing and dealing with aches and pains. Recently we started having some issues with some of the lights going on and off. I was able to communicate directly with the seller, sent them some pics and description of the issue and they said one would be in the mail asap and be here in 3 to 5 days. I really appreciate the fact that I was able to communicate with the seller. I would definitely recommend.

Well I can’t really tell you if this does anything yet but I can tell you I’ve had it for about five weeks and around 3.5/4 some of the lights stopped working so… not too impressed with the quality.
