Little Debbie Blueberry Mini Muffins, 40-1.7 OZ Pouches (8 Boxes)

My boys LOVE these individual packets of mini muffins, however I was never a fan of them. I bought the LITTLE DEBBIE brand blueberry muffins to have on hand for an Easter treat for the kids. However, our guests that day kindly brought an abundance of sweet treats with them for the celebration. I stowed our mini muffins away, until this week. The use by date was still viable, so I brought them out from storage. Curious, I thought I'd give them a try to see if they were worth my sons excitement and enthusiasm. As I opened a bag to inspect, I saw four diminutive kinda flat muffins. They weren't the usual white dough that I expected. Instead, they appeared to be brown (like a wheat product), some featuring a few dark colored (blueberry flavored) spots visible here and there. The taste? Well, at least they were nice and fresh, but my initial reaction was in response to the SIZE, not the taste. It seems that the small portion was not enough to truly ascertain taste. So, on to muffin #2. Hhmmm, the texture and taste was growing on me. Indeed, sweet, cool, blueberry tones. Onto muffins #3 and #4. YES... I was beginning to see what my boys liked about these delectable little treats. Five bags with 4 muffins each at Amazon's price point made this a desirable and affordable snack. Not the best nutritionally, however, but nevertheless an acceptable sweet reward for kids... and adults.

I picked up these snack cakes as a quick treat to keep in the pantry, and overall they were enjoyable. The cakes were soft, moist, and had a pleasant sweetness without being overwhelmingly rich. They paired well with coffee and made a convenient afternoon snack. I also liked that each cake was individually wrapped, making them easy to take on the go. On the downside, I found the filling a little sweeter than I prefer, and the portions felt slightly smaller than expected. Overall, they were fresh, flavorful, and a nice option when I wanted a simple sweet snack.

I need to be honest little Debbie is a thrift discount brand compared to hostess and Drakes, nevertheless they really do pull it off and make it taste competitive, these are yummy even if they have ingredients I can’t pronounce

The little Debbie was taste a lot better than the little bites brand. The portion size is still the same but still a good portion. Would buy again

These taste like blueberries, they are moist, and quite tasty. These are the mini size, which is perfect for on the go or in your lunch box for a snack. these are fresh, the packages are well sealed. Little Debbie snacks are one of the best on the market.
