I freaking love this thing! I probably have 10 "traditional" clothes hampers laying around (or being held hostage by kids) with something or another in them. This I purchased to force me to empty it after each use (because who wants to damage an expensive hamper lol). I don't keep anything in it long, so as not to damage the soft folds. I've got a big family so laundry is a never ending battle. Someone inevitably doesn't bring back a hamper and then I'm scrambling to find one for the next load. With this it gets folded right back down after each load and put back in about a 3 inch space next to the dryer. Now the little monsters have to bring a basket to carry their clothes to their rooms! So convenient! I originally thought it was too small, but after multiple uses I've deemed it just right! Not too heavy with a big load of laundry. Seems pretty sturdy. I would have preferred a lighter color, but the gray isn't awful.

This hamper basket is actually really good!!! It’s not too heavy, and fits in good areas when you fold it up. The bottom was a little slippery and I was worried about it scratching my washer and dryer, but I put some soft felt strips on the bottom to prevent scratching issues. Works good for doing laundry and carrying it across the house which was an issue, but not anymore! I used to hate doing towel laundry, but this made my life so much easier! My dog no longer steals my towels lol. The corners could fold a little bit better, but I think they will break in better with time Overall, would recommend

I bought this to live in the back of my vehicle, to help me carry more items easier. I like that it collapses and pops up relatively easily most of the time. Parts of the sides will collapse if you're carrying unevenly-weighted or angular items (boxes) but the bin is study enough to not break. Boxes may fall out if the side collapses, but softer/lighter items are fine.

Absolute must if you are saving space! Great product! Perfect for college students and smaller laundry rooms. Stackable when collapsed! Exactly to specifications collapsed and expanded too!

While the collapsing is great for storage, it unfortunately leaves this basket sorely lacking in sturdiness. One side of my basket is always sagging a little bit. And this basket is definitely not made for large loads of laundry or even medium loads. I usually have to take half my laundry out of the dryer, fold it and then go back to the dryer for the rest because my full load won’t fit in the basket. I wouldn’t buy this product again, but it sort of gets the job done for now.

I absolutely love this because I have a small laundry room and this laundry basket collapses and fits in between the washer and dryer. It's very durable plastic and when its full size it can hold a couple of loads. it collapses really easily and is a great item if your space is limited.

Lovely basket, good quality, and a big “brookstone” label right down the middle, so everyone knows it! I get the impression that people struggle with the basket when they pile it high and overload it. You can do this with a solid basket, but when part of the basket is designed to buckle, you will weaken it and damage it this way. The point of the basket is to be able to put it away, not pile it high with more clothes than it’s meant to carry. Make sure you are getting the right tool for the job. It’s a pretty dusty pink color — very tasteful — but just enough pop of color to not blend in to the background, and be forgotten. The size is generous, and it should hold a week’s worth of folded laundry for an average teenager. It looks nice, and it “adds something” instead of looking too “utilitarian”.

Good quality product. The only thing I would say is, it is hard to close and quite expensive.

El,plástico “flexible” para colapsar la tina se abrió al mes de uso. Pésima calidad, dinero perdido.
