How is the jacket in the rain? Does it absorb water or stay dry?

Stays dry. Water repels off coat

How much longer is the large tall then the large

I bought the 2XL. I do not know how the 2XL tall would fit. I'm almost 6' & 235 lbs. The jacket fit perfectly. There was enough room to accommodate a bulky sweater under the jacket if so desired. I have plenty of jackets (from very light to very heavy) and this jacket has become one of my favorites.

Where is the legendary whitetails tough as buck chore coat made?

Hi Andrew, the coat is made in China, I don't know how you feel about that but my husband loves this coat and seems to be very well made. Hope this helps.

I got this jacket for christmas and i love it problem is the third snap down came out. can i get another snap

Had the same problem. I informed Amazon that i would like an exchange. They had me take it to a return center, which happened to be a Kohl's Dept. store. I had a new one literally the next day. Impressive.
