Q: How does the rope attach? Is it with a screw?

The swivel is threaded and the rope just twists into it. It holds very securely. The pair of bearings that I got were not well made, unfortunately. They held the rope fine, but the bearings themselves came apart after a week. Pretty sure that’s uncommon for Buddy Lee, but I switched to a different jump rope anyway.

Q: Does this come with washiers? I lost one and the bearing keeps coming off.

I order a couple of pairs the other day....yes, they come with washers.

Q: Do they wear out fast?

Wearing out fast is subjective to how much you jump and what type of surface you jumping on.... I jumprope about 10-15 minutes 3-4 times a week at a decent pace, and I usually jump on a wood floor. My rope usually averages about 6-8 months before I buy a new one.
