I needed to upgrade the gas stove at home from 2 to 3 burner and looked forward to this one. Double drip tray for easy cleaning around burners •••••••••••• ➖ CONS •••••••••••• 1. Auto ignition is unreliable. Sometimes it works, but sometimes it just won't. - Skips sparks- you can hear sound of sparks but it's not every time on every burner - Spark rod height is not adjustable- it sparks on the lower zone of the burner and can't be moved up for better ignition 2. Nothing extraordinary for the price point- like burner profile and design, gas transfer system is an ordinary one, and burner bottom unit is also thin. I have other brands similarly priced 3 burner stove, and every component of it justifies the cost. 3. Poor quality battery compartment whose cover would never lock in place •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• ⚙️ INSTALLATION & WARRANTY •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• - An automated request is sent to Elica for installation as soon as it is delivered. You may also call on customer care no mentioned on the brands website/manual to register an installation request. - Installation cost was 250 for the LPG system (mentioned on the website even) and increases if it is PNG, as they need to change the nozzle to support PNG. - Installation is not mandatory for warranty registration (can se self installed), and I checked twice with the support team on this. Even the service center clarified this part. The only caveat is that if an authorized provider installs the product, the visit charge will not be there for one year, but if not, the visit charge is applicable during the warranty period, and post that for every complaint. (a bit odd thing) - Also, the service provider will try to push you for self-installation, and if you don't know/read the above condition, you will end up paying visit charges for every visit even in the first year of warranty. •••••••••••••••• 🏆 VERDICT •••••••••••••••• For the cons and warranty-related things, I reduced two stars for this product. Rest it is a good stove to own if you can live with the cons and the price.

This particular model of Elica has double drip tray - one is fixed (bottom most) the upper one is removable. This removable tray has a hole in one side through which the spark pin is fit. Now while removing the drip tray to clean, the spark pin of the medium and the small burner always breaks. once this happens the ignition does not work. However, this problem does not happen with the large burner and that is because, instead of a hole there is a slit on the plate, hence while removing the plate the spark pin does not get disturbed. I am returning this product and again ordering Elica again because it has proven to have reliable customer service and response. This would be my 3rd product on elica. But Elica must work on improving the quality of the product. 1st product - (4 burner autoignition)burners were bent and there was a lot of gas leak 2nd product - (3burner autoignition) issue with the drip tray and the spark pin 3rd product - (3 burner autoignition) yet to be delivered, hopefully this will not trouble

I am writing this review after using it for more than 6 months. Cook top is good in appearance, looks premium but it has a big flow of ignition. After 2 month ignition issue started and wost part is support from elica . They do a temp fix and after 15-20 days issue of ignition crops again.

Installation done. It takes bit of a time to start for the first time.
