I know from published research that certain substances improve brain function, however, having tried many of these substances, I can say that it is often impossible to discern any improvement. I've been using this product for a few months now. I held off on writing a review until now because I wanted to make sure this was working for my issue. I have pretty severe ADD and my focus has been horrible. I also have a problem with the speed in which I process information in my head and try to successfully communicate my points of thought. This is hard to explain, I consider my problem a dissconnection in my brain. I have an unusual way of taking to long to think and respond. I used a specific nootropic before this supplement and felt I didn't get good enough results. So I searched for a completely different product that would work with my choline and PQQ supplements, and with others I take daily. This is much better than the previous nootropic and it has been helping with my focus especially while I work. Working with a lot of detailed information that is hard to keep straight, which I have to do on a desktop computer was becoming impossible. But now with uridine as part of my multi-pill regimen, along with a strong choline supplement- alpha GPC, my brain health and daily productivity has substantially improved. I will continue to use this product. It's affordable and clearly very effective and potent. The seller is also very attentive, and stands behind the product.
