Its not workingI traveled to austria and when i tried to use it it didn’t workI called Vodafone they said in order to activate the sim you should have voucher code but the seller send me the sim onlyRight now now i am in Austria if the seller can help

I bought it expecting a SIM card and £30 of credit. I got it with nothing in the packag no SIM card no credit.I got a replacement next day exact item, this time it had a SIM card but no credit, spent hours contacting Vodafone trying to load it up but no joy. Now I have two Vodafone pay as you go purchases that are worse than useless because now I have to return them both, but not at the same place no, that would be too easy,One has to go by way of Hermes drop off and for some reason the other has to go at Amazon drop off point.So, I am telling you do not bother unless you think your very lucky, very lucky.

Waste of money really the 1 stars are for a reason this card sucks.* order the 60GB for $20... . got 20GB for £20 package..... but when put into the phone got instead £19 credit which i can't find how the hell to use..... 50MEG (yes MEGS) of Data.Download the Vodafone app which confirmed the details above.in end had to top up with £10 and got 5GB but this was upgraded to 15GB as was 3x data promotion.also don't bother getting anything like unlimited and pay the massive price as if you going touse this for Roaming abroad then Fair Usage is a max of 25GB anyway.Vodafone signal sucks.. barely got to 4G usually just stuck on H+

Complete rip-off and hopeless support
Doesn't come preloaded with any data. You have to pay more to activate it so we paid another £5 which then automatically put us on a useless 100MB per month tariff. Only online help is a "chat bot" which is is about as hopeless as a one legged chair, basically saying it doesn't understand, then it seems to understand perfectly when it's selling you something. Finally got hold of a person who said they couldn't help us and we had to go into a Vodaphone shop to try to get it fixed. So far about as successful as Pinocchio in a tap-dancing competition. Don't waste your money.
