Vitamin C protects against viruses
Well, I'm not a doctor, but my doctor says that our bodies don't produce vitamin C and that we need to supplement daily with a lot of it. I haven't been sick for years (I'm 79 years young), and I give a lot of credit to the fact that I take a heaping scoop of this powder every day. I've read that 6,000 mg is perfect for daily maintenance. It's buffered so it doesn't upset ones stomach. I think it's a great product and highly recommend it.

Good product, also helps soothes digestion. A bit pricey but works well with out acid irritation.

Excellent product!
This vitamin C powder does not cause the gastric distress that too much ascorbic acid can cause because it is formulated to use the PPP (Pentose Phosphate Pathway). I heard about it on an interview with Ben Greenfield and one of his guests. (I typically keep LivOn Labs lypospheric vitamin C on hand at my house, but it is somewhat pricey and HAS to be taken on an empty stomach. It is also a great product and worth every penny.) This product does not have to be taken on an empty stomach, which is a plus in my book, and it is fairly - not totally - tasteless in water. I think you could easily add it to juice or herbal tea or other beverage. I'm so glad I found out about this vitamin C!

Necessary easy step for health
Great product!! High potency Vitamin C to take daily or when you feel something coming on. It's gentle on my stomach and easy to take whether in liquid or food. Highly recommend!
