We are really loving this vacuum / mop combo. We had a Roomba vacuum already, but it wasn’t self emptying. With all of our dog hair we were having to empty it every day, so this self emptying one is so nice. The mop is very thorough. It does leave streaks on our hardwood floor but we will try to adjust the soap/water mixture a bit. I’d still rather have the streaks than the dirty floor! They both work really well and I’d definitely recommend them!

I love these two robots. I have gotten a little frustrated that the mapping can't be shared between the two, but other than that I truly enjoy having them. We have many animals in our house, so it's a constant struggle to keep up with the fur and hair. These have been up to the task.

This is my second review ever I think in about 15 years. This product absolutely sucks. My parents had roomba’s growing up and they were great. I had an older, cheaper model and that was also pretty good. This one, however, is absolute garbage. To start, connecting it to wifi is seemingly impossible and requires some level of black magic sorcery that I simply don’t possess. This is 2024. How could you be that bad with technology you are forcing on people? Why does my vacuum NEED WiFi? I understand having it as a feature so you can do things with the app, but why is it a necessity- especially when you’re this bad at app development? The app is absolute garbage. It defies logic how they could have screwed this up so badly. Every two weeks you’ll get a notification you need to replace parts or something. Actually, scratch that. It happens once a month because every two weeks would imply it actually runs regularly. It doesn’t. It gets stuck in completely ordinary places. Even better, when it’s done it has about a 13% chance of docking itself correctly so that it will actually charge. When it does actually run, it does a mediocre job at best. I currently have it scheduled to run every other day-though it rarely does. To put it plainly, it looks like I live in squalor. It doesn’t pick anything up. It is loud as hell. And it takes forever. I have a normal sized home with two stories. I only use it on the first floor. If the vacuum starts at 9AM, you can be certain it will run for 5 hours. During those 5 hours, it may need to charge. And then it will screw up docking almost every single time and your floors will never be clean. With the amount of time I’ve spent trying to maintain this absolute pile of junk, I could’ve bought a normal vacuum and done the job once a week myself. I’d have a lot less gray hair, a much cleaner floor, and about $300 in my pocket.

El Roomba se encarga perfectamente de aspirar toda la casa, incluyendo alfombras y rincones difíciles, mientras que el Braava Jet deja los pisos brillantes como nuevos. I have had automated floor cleaners in the past with varying levels of success and disappointment. This duo works for me, sweeping and mopping is just so time-consuming at times I just don't get to it and this combo sweeper and mop unit just gets the job done. It's not perfect, but scheduling them and over time, the combo gets the areas that they may have missed the time before. I like the fact that I can have the sweeper start in the dark and the mop when the day starts. I was going to do a manual sweep and mop before starting them, but again just could not get to it, so I just started them. I was pretty amazed by the results. The mop missed a few dark spots on the floor but on the 2nd day was able to get those cleaned up. I like the fact that you can see in the app where the units had gone to and completed. The mop got stuck twice the first time but did not the 2nd and 3rd times, which is nice. I was not sure exactly how much cleaner to add to the mop, or if I needed to add to water, that part was not too clear for me, but I added what came with the unit and filled the rest with water and it seemed to work fine. In looking at the larger container of the cleaner it looks like you add just the cleaner without diluting it. This might explain why the first time it missed a few darker areas of the floor. The first time I ran the units, they did have some battery stored and when they were running low, I really liked that they charged themselves and then continued the job once they were fully charged. Past automated sweepers, I had in the past had never done that, so seeing that with these units is a great feature. The fact also that the sweeper empties itself is another added plus, you don't have to get your hands dirty or dump it out every time it goes through its cycle. Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase and it is truly a time saver for me.

I’ve had for a few months now and I sent tell you how I glad I am that I upgraded. I have a border collie that is inside and outside so he tracks quite a bit of dirt and debris, combine that with the hair that he shed and it’s a cleaning nightmare. I haven’t cleaned the rollers since I first bought the vacuum (Black Friday 2022), I decided to take on the task today and it was much easier than I had anticipated, it took me less than 10 minutes to clean the entire thing (both rubber rollers, the front wheel and a quick white down) and the dog hair that was caught in the rollers came off easier than I expected.

The cleaning power of EVO is erratic. Not so great. Software can be glitchy and highly unreliable. Overall, disappointing.

Great set for the price, especially having 6 dogs and always on the go. Connecting it to the wifi was easy. When the vacuum is being emptied it is quite noisy, just make sure that its doing it at a decent time, not in the middle of the night. I like that I can connect it to the alexa and ask it to vacuum or clean. Also, the app for it makes accessible from anywhere.
