Enjoyable!
This brand is very easy on the stomach and flavor is good. This package delivery requested a signature which I thought wasn’t necessary and cost me time running to the post office to pick it up.

Tasteless
I'm a huge espresso fan and wanted to try something organic. It doesn't taste like espresso at all, no smell, no flavor. I'm going back to Lavazza.

A decent coffee that was more mild than we thought it would be.
This coffee was good overall, but it lacked the kick we had hoped for with an espresso. It was more of a light/regular roast for us. The grounds weren't evenly ground, with some being bigger and there were some whole beans in our bag.The brewed coffee itself wasn't as dark either, but more on the lighter side. To achieve a stronger flavor and color, we had to use quite a bit of the grounds as well. Which meant that this didn't last us as long either.

Good Flavor But Not As Dark Roasted Or Finely Ground As I Expected For Espresso
Product: Fabula Coffee Espresso Freshly Grounded - Organic - Low Acid - Single Origin - Non-GMO - Mold Free - 12 OuncesThis coffee’s origin is Columbia, and it is small-batch processed. The bag is resealable and had a best by date of about 8 months. The coffee looked like a medium roast, while I am used to a darker roast in an espresso coffee. It also wasn’t ground as fine as I’m used to for an espresso blend. It did have a nice aroma in the bag and when brewed. I ended up brewing it like a regular cup of coffee. The flavor was full bodied, but not as rich and strong as I expect with espresso. It reminded me more of a medium-dark roast coffee. It isn’t bitter. It does seem to be low acid, and I haven’t experienced any heartburn while drinking this coffee. This is my first time trying a low acid coffee, and may be that has something to do with the flavor and roast of the coffee. It is pretty expensive at $28.95 for a 12 oz bag. While I thought the coffee was okay, I didn’t find it exceptional. At the price, I’m not sure I would get it again, low acid or not. I only experience problems with the acid from coffee occasionally. If you are someone who it is really a problem for, this coffee may be worth a try. There are several varieties to choose from as well.

I just make lattes with it because it is pretty strong as expected with an espresso
You're not by any means of experience. Espresso maker, but I've made it a handful of times in my espresso pot on medium heat as you can see in your picture. It comes out dark and strong. Maybe a little too strong for my taste. I tend to pour it over ice and frothed oat milk to make myself a latte to reduce the strength a bit.

Good tasting espresso
This is a good tasting espresso. Seemed fresh and smelled great. I have enjoyed it but I don’t find it so amazing that I’d pay the extra cost over other cheaper espresso.
