My fiancee is 5'7" and aboit 160lb. Do you suggest a medium or a large?

I'm 5'11'' I wear a a x large shirt because of my shoulders. The large is good for me and even with arm length

I’m 5’10” 185 athletic build and like my jackets to fit comfortably snug. What size do you suggest?

I'm 5'9" 180 Athletic build (broad shoulders). I got the large. Fits well. Medium would be too tight

I’m 5”9” 50” chest 220# I work out so the belly is only an issue when I drink too many beers 😂 should I order a xxl

Yes, the fit is roomy and has draw cords. With the fit being snug it would be advisable.
