Does floragen 3 have a prebiotic included with probiotic?

From what I know, Floragen3 does not have Prebiotics. Prebiotics may make probiotics work better. But probiotics work without prebiotics, from what I know. Prebiotics don't contain bacteria but instead are dietary fiber. Healthline on the internet has a good article about Prebiotics.

how does one find out if it is shipped refrigerated?

I order this regularly from Amazon and it is shipped in a small styrofoam cooler with dry ice to keep it cold.
