What size fits man's 42 inch hip? medium size says maximum of 42", but Large starts at 48". Doesn't make sense!

You should get the large it’s a better fit and easy to remove

are they good for a fear of bedwetting what size do i need i have autism and 180 pounds 34 inch waist ......?

I’d suggest you pick a different brand. These are not true to what size they claim at all. They’re very small, I remember when I first got them I was so upset. Find a brand that seems to give more accurate sizing!!

What does fsa or hsa eligible mean?

FSA= flexible spending account. HSA= health savings account.

cloth or plastic back?

Was using them for my mother and it's been a while but I'd say some sort of plastic made to feel a bit more like cloth.
