This contains melatonin, and it’s said not to take melatonin daily, bc then you risk your body not creating it on its own. How will this be any diff?

We disagree with that.  Melatonin is very safe and well studied.  It is generally concluded by scientists and doctors that supplementing with Melatonin long term doesn't affect your own production.  On another note, if your body is prone to making less melatonin than normal, sleep may always be an issue that is easily resolved by supplementing with Melatonin.

Night Shred also contains a very low dose at 3mg and works synergistically with the other ingredients in the formula to help the body achieve a deep and restful sleep.

Is there any peanuts, contact with peanuts or manufactured on shared machinary with peanuts?

Our products do not contain peanuts as an actual ingredient, however we do list it as a possible allergen due to our manufacturer also producing other products containing peanuts in their facility. Our manufacturer does conduct extensive cleaning and testing between every run of every product they produce. So while it is unlikely, it is still possible.
